Losing Teeth and Milo's First Birthday!

Alice went to the dentist recently and was told that she had 5 loose teeth. Well, she lost one of her front top teeth on the 14th and then a bottom tooth on the 18th. She ended up pulling both of them out by herself. That's two teeth in one week, and still 3 more loose teeth to go. She's keeping the Tooth Fairy busy! 

I also had more time to work on my puzzle finally and was able to finish it. It took about 1 month from start to finish.

We celebrated Milo's 1st birthday on the 20th. The girls wanted to get him so many things, but we went with a new toy, a treat puzzle, a hoodie, a birthday bandana, and an ice cream shaped dog treat. They were so excited to give him everything, that they did it first thing in the morning.

He loves his new toy and went right to work chewing on it.

Later we took off the hoodie and replaced it with the bandana that says Birthday Pup.

The girls put on their hoodies so they would all be wearing one. He had his bandana on top of the hoodie at this point. It eventually got too warm for the hoodies. It's still August after all.

The seeds that the girls planted in activity days back in May are finally getting some blooms! The yellow striped ones I had to wait to get a picture because Milo ate the first ones that were blooming. I think I was able to get through to him not to eat them now. He had done the same thing with the purple ones.

It's nice to see some color in this spot again. It's the same spot the rose bush used to be.
